Moel Faban suppers also provides catering for all events offering a range high quality, hearty, wholesome dishes made with locally sourced, organic ingredients wherever possible.
Previous jobs have included;
- Crew catering at The Green Man Festival (August 2011)- providing four meals a day for between 25 and 80 people.
- Food stall at Alex James’s Harvest (September 2011)- assisting Ellie and Rosie from Salad Club with their hot chorizo and halloumi wraps. We fed around 1000 people a day.
- Wedding buffet for 70 at Craflwyn Hall, Nant Gwynant (September 2011)
- Party cupcakes for several birthdays and weddings
- Three course business dinner for 12 ( November 2011) – The outreach organisation, Llanllechid, Bethesda
- Two course hot business lunch for 20 (Autumn 2010)-Seasonal soup, home-made bread and hot dessert: Moel Y Ci Environmental Centre, Tregarth.
- Hot business lunch for 50. Seasonal soups, home made bread and flat breads, Welsh cheese board, home made hummus, selection of cakes and desserts, fresh fruit bowl (November 2011) City Farms and Community Gardens meeting at Hefnfaes, Aber Farm.
- Private chef for The Outreach Organisation, Llanllechid, Bethesda (March 2012)
- Arfon Medical Society dinner for 25. Buffet dinner served on vintage china.

In addition we can simply supply you with our speciality home-made cakes including, bespoke cupcakes and muffins for all occasions, chocolate mousse / brownie cakes, meringues, cheesecakes or our unique trifles. They all come beautifully packaged and hand labelled.
You can order anything from a box of six cakes as a present for a friend, a cupcake birthday cake, or even a cup cake tower as a wedding cake. Cakes are made to order, in the colours, style, flavours, that you require.
