I added this page so readers could add and discuss their favourite local sources, divulge secret stockists and producers and rate products that are locally sourced. Anything from farmers markets, veg box providers, butchers, cheese makers, brewers and so on in the North Wales area, however this hasn’t really happened and more often than not I add the stockists I use to my blog posts.
My commitment to provide high quality food, using locally sourced produce remains. The use of local produce reflects my attempt to live a sustainable lifestyle, reducing food miles, avoiding the supermarket where possible and supporting small businesses in the local community.
This commitment was reinforced this summer when I started a new job with Moelyci environmental centre.
