For supper club you can book as an individual or couple and join others to dine, or book as a party of up to twelve people for your own private dinner.
If you have any special requirements, would like to discuss a theme to your evening or would prefer dinner cooked in your own home please do not hestitate to ask.
Numbers per evening are strictly limited to 12 so please book promptly. If we are fully booked you will be put onto a waiting list for the next available date or a cancellation, even if we are fully booked please do keep emailing and feel free to ask any questions
For a £30 donation you will get a 5 course near gourmet meal.
If you are booking a private party i’m open to negotiation (less courses, lower price…something more elborate?) it all depends on what you are looking for.
You bring your own wine or beer.
For the donation you will get;
- An apperitif and canapes or nibbles on arrival
- Starter, main course, desert and coffee and cheese and biscuits
The food will be home cooked, locally sourced, organic wherever possible and prepared to the highest standards. Hopefully we will also provide good entertainment for you as well. It is a chance to have an intimate dinner with a group of friends, or to have a very different dining experience whilst meeting new people….unlike a restaurant you will probably be asked if you would like seconds too!
In between we are available for private bookings, parties, lunches or small functions alternately we can come to a place of your choice and cater for you there. Prices will vary for private functions depending on what kind of menu you require. For private functions held elsewhere a small call out charge will be applied, please email or give us a ring to discuss.

Hi, good luck with your venture, I just came across you whilst perusing for other supper clubbers, we’ve set one up in bristol and I noticed on your blog you were looking for local organic meat, check out model farm in the wye valley, they’re a farming co-op and they do some really fab stuff, and you’re getting it direct from the farmer so it’s very reasonably priced . They also do veg, eggs cheeses and a few other bits and pieces http://www.modelfarm.org. If you have an email I can forward you their price list.

With regards to organic meat, my ethos is to source from within a 30 mile radius of the supper club…i’m in North Wales so the Wye Valley is a wee bit too far! There are a fair few farms near me and a great butchers who sources organic meat from them, but thanks for the link anyway, I will definately have a look.
Also, if you are ever up in Wales make sure to contact and drop in for supper!!

Thanks for your interest…I’m about 5 miles outside Bangor (Bethesda area)…and my next evening will be on November 14th. I’m only doing one in November as I already have a private catering booking and i’m taking bookings already!! Following that it will be the 11th and 12th December (with a Christmassy theme).
